How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer various shipping methods including Standard and Next Day Delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 9 PM. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
How do I know which size to order?
Most of our garments are designed to be body-conforming. We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer buy-now-pay-later options via Klarna and Clearpay, as well as express checkout through PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel or amend my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. This means we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been confirmed. You can, however, return the items for a refund once they arrive.
Are your items restocked regularly?
Our most popular styles are often restocked. We recommend signing up for 'Back in Stock' notifications by selecting your size on the product page and entering your email address to be the first to know when it returns.
